PathMX ↔ Pathwright Translation Lab

Develop a fast, repeatable way to translate Pathwright courses from English into other languages, while keeping qualified human reviewers in the driver's seat.

Note that initial research indicates that results will vary by language. We recommend starting with Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, or Chinese, where AI models generally have stronger support, and evaluating less well-supported languages separately.

Pilot

Choose one full, representative English-language course and one target language. The Pathwright Lab team will then apply PathMX to:

  1. Export the course from Pathwright into structured Markdown.
  2. Calibrate the AI-agent workflow on a representative sample with a qualified language reviewer, refining your organization's translation philosophy, terminology, and directives.
  3. If the sample meets your team's quality threshold, translate every Lesson, Step, and Block while preserving the integrity and structure of the course.
  4. Surface each translated element in an easy-to-use format for qualified reviewers to adjust and approve.
  5. If your team judges the full translation to meet its quality standard, reimport the reviewed course into Pathwright ready to launch.
  6. Record what worked, what required manual intervention, and what would need improvement before using the process at scale for other languages and courses.

Result

If the pilot meets your team's quality standard, a fully translated course ready to launch in Pathwright. In every case, a tested translation workflow and a report on quality, effort, review, technical gaps, and the next steps toward scaling course translation.
