# Season Pass

A Season Pass grants inside access to Pathwright Labs for a season, so you can collaborate with the people who make Pathwright.

It reserves time with Pathwright experts to align what is possible on the platform with your plans. Consultations often start with your Pathwright work — program strategy, path design, new technology — and then apply more broadly to your education strategy and tech stack.

Space is limited because the work is one-on-one.

## Options

Season Passes last six months. Two levels of access are available.

### Level 1

Lab access for six months:

- Exclusive Lab updates on product ideas we are exploring for upcoming Seasons, with a chance to collaborate as those plans take shape.
- Lab Conversations with Pathwright experts:
  - **EdLabs:** Explore creative ways to design and offer courses with Christian. Up to 1 per month.
  - **EdLabs Live:** A one-hour co-teaching session for your designers, teachers, or learners, on a topic fitted to your needs. 1 session per pass.
  - **CommLabs:** A fresh look at how you connect with your community: audience growth, encouraging more learning, or reviewing an email or promotion page. Up to 2 per pass.
  - **Training Labs:** Personal training for support staff, new teachers or mentors, and designers. Up to 2 per pass.
  - **CodeLabs:** Secure access to the GraphQL API sandbox and guidance from our developers on SSO and other integrations. Requires an [Enterprise Plan](https://www.pathwright.com/enterprise).

A Level 1 pass is $1,400 per month, payable in advance: $8,400 for six months. A full year is two Season Passes paid 12 months in advance, depending on availability.

### Level 2

Everything in Level 1, plus:

- Up to 2 EdLabs Live per pass.
- Up to 2 CommLabs per pass.
- Up to 2 Training Labs per pass.
- **ProductLabs:** A one-hour session with a Product Design lead on using Pathwright strategically, where the platform is headed, and how it pairs with other tools. 1 per month.
- **ProductLab Interviews:** Invite the Product team to interview your learners, mentors, or teachers. A short meeting, usually 20–40 minutes, to hear human-level needs around the current or upcoming Season theme.
- **Early Feature Previews:** Behind-the-scenes looks at features before they are announced, including upcoming [Lab Projects](./pathmx/lab-projects.reference.md).

A Level 2 pass is $2,400 per month, payable in advance: $14,400 for six months. A full year is two Level 2 passes paid 12 months in advance, depending on availability.

## When a Season Pass is most helpful

All Pathwright plans include the [Help Center](https://help.pathwright.com/en/articles/490716-how-to-get-help-for-staff), email support, and training paths. A Season Pass is especially useful when:

- You have an ambitious goal and would benefit from extending a busy team with Pathwright help over six or more months, often across multiple Lab or LX projects.
- What we are exploring in the Labs — including new technology such as AI, or new program-design work — applies to other parts of your organization, not only Pathwright.
- Online education is new to the organization or team, and you want experienced help planning a rollout and avoiding common pitfalls.
- Several people need personalized advice on designing courses, teaching, keeping people engaged, managing the program, training power users, or choosing a pricing model.
- The learning platform sits inside a more complex set of systems and goals that need to stay coordinated.
- You have another case where professional, experienced guidance would help. If you are unsure, [ask](mailto:hello@pathwright.com?subject=Season%20Pass%20inquiry).

Season Passes are a good fit for organizations that can take on an additional $14,000–$28,000 a year and that share our aim of improving teaching and learning.

## Lab Conversations

A Lab Conversation is time with a Pathwright expert on a timely question, idea, or training. Which options you use is up to you. Unused conversations do not renew or roll over after the pass expires.

A typical conversation includes:

- **Pre-work:** Enough background so we understand the context and bring the right people.
- **Session:** Up to an hour with the Pathwright expert and anyone on your team who would benefit.
- **Follow-up:** We can share a recording, and sometimes send related suggestions or links.

You may book one recurring Lab Session per month with the Pathwright person who runs that kind of session. To change the focus (for example, Product instead of Comms), tell that person. We can usually rebook with someone else a week in advance.

## Season Pass and Lab Projects

A Season Pass is for ongoing questions, specialized consults, early looks at work in development, feedback, and staff training.

Those conversations often lead to [Lab Projects](./pathmx/lab-projects.reference.md): custom features or enhancements that we partner on separately. Season Pass holders see ongoing Lab Projects before anyone else. The Pass itself does not include a Lab Project.

## Response time

A Season Pass includes a response within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. ET, excluding holidays; summer hours in June–July are Monday–Thursday). Email [hello@pathwright.com](mailto:hello@pathwright.com?subject=Season%20Pass%20inquiry) rather than a Lab expert directly so the question is routed quickly.

## Length and dashboard

The minimum Season Pass is six months. It can extend to 12 or 24 months, depending on availability.

Your Season Pass includes an online dashboard with links to book Lab Conversations, Season and Lab Project work in progress, and — if we are already working with you on a Lab Project — those dashboards and updates as well.
